The Process
We like to lay out the process for our customers so they are 100% aware of what to expect when working with us. We hold ourselves to a high standard for our honesty, transparency, and high communication.
Request
Clicking the link above is the first step. It takes you to a request forum. It will take you less than five minutes to let us know what you're needing done. You can pick a date and time that works best for you.
We will call you ASAP to go over the request. If necessary than we will schedule a site visit to get any other necessary information.
Quote
We will then send you a quote via text or email, whatever works best for you. There is a breakdown of costs on our quotes. If you have any questions we are more than happy to answer them.
Booking
Once you have approved a quote, it is time for us to book your appointment. We will reach out to you and find a time that works best. The best part is that we stick to our commitment of when we will be showing up.
You will receive a booking confirmation via email or text.
Invoice
Once the project is completed, we will send you an invoice via text or email.
We assure you that there won't be any surprise fees.
